Haridas Menon, was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1996. In his years of practice, he gained
experience in Civil Litigation, Conducted Trials and hearings at the Subordinate Court, High
Court and the Appeallate Courts.
He has conducted matters ranging from insurance matters (motor & non motor),medical
negligence in relation to private hospitals covered by insurance indemnity scheme, banking
litigation relating to loan recovery, Bankruptcy, Garnishee Proceeding, Hire Purchase and
General Civil Litigation relating to breach of contract and family matters.
He has advised foreign companies operating in Malaysia in matters relating to employment
agreements and matters realating to human resources disputes and solutions.
Haridas Menon previously served as a member at the Disciplinary Committee of the Advocates
and Solicitors Disciplinary Board from 2017 to 2021.
He is currently a member of the Advocate and Solicitors Diciplinary Board from 2021 till to
date.
