Mohd Azahari Bin Safin graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) with Bachelor of Law
(LL.B)(Hons) in 2012.
He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitors in March 2014 after having
read as pupil in the Chambers of Messsrs Othman Hashim & Co, one of the outstanding legal
firms in Kuala Lumpur under the guidance of Mdm. Kamaljeet Kaur. During his pupillage, he
is exposed to the running down and general litigation matter. Thereafter, he commenced
legal practice as a fully-fledged lawyer with Messrs N.M. Amin & Associates in the areas of
general litigation and criminal litigation.
In 2016, he joined Messrs Lokman Reena & Co for a tenure almost 2 years practising largely
in the area of general litigation. During his tenure with that firm, he gained much experience
handling the spectrum of panel clients which he advised mostly in the Debt Recovery
proceeding, Bankruptcy Proceeding, Winding up proceeding and Order for sale etc acting for
Tenaga Nasional Berhad; UDA Holdings Berhad; Sime Darby Properties Sdn Bhd; Koperasi
Kijang Mas Sdn Bhd; Bank Rakyat Berhad; CIMB Bank Berhad; Bank Islam Berhad and others
In 2018, Mr. Azahari joined Messrs S.K. Koh & Co. as a legal assistant. He then has been
entrusted to lead the litigation department specialized in general litigation matter, goods
solds & delivered, trust, divorce, will and probate, and criminal matters.
In August 2019, he joined Messrs C. Sukumaran & Co., and continue his practice in civil and
banking litigation.
