Triptpal Kaur, a graduate of Bond University, Australia, was called to the High Court of Malaya
as an advocate and solicitor in 1998. In her years of practice, she primarily handled various
areas of practice including insurance claim and civil litigation.
She has been exposed to work involving dispute resolution, cooperate commercial
transactions and financial instruments. Thereafter, she garnered key practical and
commercial specialisation in the field of insurance whilst working with Antah International
Brokers Sdn Bhd and subsequently, Tradewinds International Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd. She
also has vast experience in adjusting practices. She has also advised and acted for clients in
insurance documentations/policies/compliance matters and litigation disputes, business and
property, minority shareholder disputes, venture capital funding, bank financing and
security, documentation.
